PURPOSE:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Athletics, the incumbent independently oversees and coordinates athletic facilities, home game operations, and overall event support for the Department of Athletics. The incumbent provides operational leadership and administrative coordination in support of intercollegiate athletics programs and athletic events, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-service-oriented operations that support student-athletes, coaches, campus partners, and visitors. The position exercises judgment and discretion in the coordination of athletic home game operations, facility scheduling, event logistics, student assistant supervision, and operational policy development to support the mission and goals of the Athletics Department and the University.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience. Additional experience which demonstrates acquired and successfully applied knowledge and abilities shown above may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

Office environment with standard equipment and tasks. Position requires working at a computer and desk for extended periods of time. Requires travel between campus offices and off-campus locations.
