Friends For Kathy Hochul: Scheduler
Friends for Kathy Hochul is seeking a full-time scheduler for the campaign of New York State's first female Governor, Kathy Hochul. The role supports the principal, surrogates, and campaign staff through effective scheduling, logistics, and program-facing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary campaign scheduler for the principal and running mate, including working across departments to determine priorities, finalizing travel arrangements, and coordinating with the security detail
- Develop and execute processes for all meeting requests and event invitations, and maintain an archive and tracking system for scheduling requests
- Communicate regularly with staff regarding changes or updates to the calendar
- Support briefing needs, including review, coordination, and dissemination of materials
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience managing a principal's schedule is required
- Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Well-organized, with strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
