The Security Dispatcher monitors and provides appropriate immediate response to all public safety, property protection, risk management, customer and staff education, investigations, parking, and security contract services situations affecting Community Health Network.Your exceptional skills and qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates Leadership, Organizational skills and Interpersonal skillsAbility to obtain essential informationAppropriate evaluations of and response to all incoming activityKnowledge of Federal, State, and local municipal agencies and city departmentsCoordination, reception, and transmission of radio traffic between Hospital Security and location police and fireMust retain cross training for all Community Health Network sitesAbility to work in potential high stress emergencies to coordinate security resourcesHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and/or equivalent experience in Public Safety preferredPrevious security, law enforcement or central station operations experience preferredMust successfully complete Central Dispatch Officer written and practical testing after the training period is completed#J-18808-Ljbffr
