Human Resources is recruiting for
Human Capital Management Analysts who specialize in the PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Benefit Administration, Time & Labor, Self-Service applications and interfaced systems both to and from the County. The incumbent will operate as part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) team which performs functional analysis and project management work for the County's Human Resources processes and systems. The position will provide expert instruction and guidance to end-users; act as a liaison between technical support services; and perform related maintenance support or implementation project work, as required.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Pre-Employment Process: Prior to appointment, applicants must undergo a background check, which includes fingerprinting and a medical exam.
Availability: Incumbents may occasionally work overtime, including evening and weekend hours.

Minimum RequirementsEXPERIENCE: One (1) year of full-time equivalent professional-level administrative experience supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), which includes system development project management. Duties should include requirements gathering, end user acceptance testing, process mapping, workflow/email notification, documenting business rules/specification documents, and performing system analysis.
Experience must include:
- Functional knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Module
- Knowledge of PS Query and/or SQL
- Proficient knowledge in one other HCM module area: Human Resource, Benefit Administration, and Time & Labor

EDUCATION: A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, public or business administration, human resources, information technology, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or closely related field of study.
Qualifying degrees must be completed at a college or university accredited by any accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education. Degrees or coursework completed outside the U.S. must be accompanied with an evaluation report from a reputable credential evaluation service showing equivalency to degrees or coursework completed at a college or university accredited by any accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education.
