Description
Reporting directly to the County Manager, the Nursing Home Administrator serves as the chief executive responsible for all aspects of facility operations, including clinical services, regulatory compliance, financial management, quality improvement, risk management, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leadership team to continue Glendale Home's tradition of excellence while advancing new initiatives that improve resident outcomes and organizational performance.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative healthcare executive with demonstrated success leading long-term care operations, managing regulatory compliance, developing high-performing teams, overseeing financial performance, and building strong relationships with residents, families, employees, elected officials, and community partners.
