Summary

To support immigration operations, the full-time Immigration Counsel will act as an in-house legal advisor, managing visa caseloads, drafting immigration documents, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws while working remotely.Key responsibilitiesPrepare and draft applications for employment-based immigration cases, including various visa mattersBuild relationships with cross-functional partners, advising on immigration sponsorship assessmentsMaintain knowledge of immigration laws and respond to requests from USCIS and DOLRequired qualificationsJuris Doctor degree and current bar membership in good standingMinimum of 6 years of immigration law experience, preferably in-houseComprehensive knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and regulationsSignificant experience counseling stakeholders on immigration law mattersStrong project management skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
