Job Title
The position is open to all types of legal profiles. A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or related functions would be preferable.
Job Description
The lawyer provides support for all missions of the service:
- Legal expertise and advice
- Study with business directions and departmental delegations of necessary adaptations resulting from legal changes
- Optimization and harmonization of administrative practices of the ARS services
- Writing of synthesis notes or problem statements
- Defense of the Agency in case of litigation
Main areas of activity:
- Providing legal and strategic expertise in response to questions specifically posed by the autonomy directorate as well as by departmental delegations and the inspection/control directorate, in the medico-social field:
- Planning (PRS, authorizations, CPOM, CASF procedures);
- Governance and general functioning of ESMS;
- Inspection follow-up;
- Honorability;
- Requests CADA / judicial institution;
- Defense of the Agency in case of appeals (administrative or litigation).
The lawyer may, however, still be called upon to intervene occasionally on any question relevant to the field of activity of the ARS.
