Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on DSA and LAUSD construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for jobsite safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall field execution. Client Details This need is for one of the top local California General Contractors that does work across multiple vertical builds including K-12 Education, Commercial, Entertainment, and more. The GC has been around for over a century and have a large base of repeat clients that continue to bring steady work to the company. They have a great overall comp package including some industry-leading healthcare benefits, and they continue to change and develop these to stay ahead of their competitors. Description Our Superintendent will be responsible for: Manage and supervise construction projects within LAUSD, ensuring timely and quality completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively. Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular project updates. Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications. Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports and schedules. Profile The ideal Superintendent will have: 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor. Proven success leading $10M-$100M+ ground-up projects.
