Summary
Seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee structural concrete and shell construction activities on large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. This role offers the opportunity to lead field operations on landmark tower projects while working closely with senior leadership. Client Details Our client is a well-established, family-owned shell contractor with more than 35 years of experience delivering concrete and structural construction services across large residential, multifamily, condominium, and mixed-use developments. The company has completed projects totaling hundreds of thousands of residential units and is recognized for its ability to execute complex, large-scale construction programs. Description * Oversee daily field operations for structural concrete and shell construction projects. * Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities. * Manage project execution from foundations through structural completion. * Utilize Procore to monitor project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking. * Collaborate with project teams to maintain schedule, budget, and production goals. Profile * 7+ years of experience as a Concrete or Shell Construction Superintendent. * Background working for a concrete subcontractor or shell contractor preferred. * Strong knowledge of formwork, concrete placement, and structural construction. * Experience delivering high-rise residential or mixed-use construction projects. * Proficiency with Procore and strong leadership skills.
