Professional Security Officer - Full Time
Primary Location: Volo, IL
Wage: $23.00/HR
1st / 2nd Split Shift
Our Professional Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
- Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
- Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
- Conduct tours of the property.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Above average computer / technology skills needed.
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- FA, CPR, and AED certification.
- Security experience preferred.
