Summary

To support a Computational Drug Discovery team, the remote Data Intelligence Engineer will design and implement data structures, databases, and automated pipelines to enhance scientific decision-making through improved data capture and integration over a 4-month contract.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and create relational database tables and schemas to support model inventories and scientific resultsDevelop and maintain data ingestion and integration pipelines for computational and machine-learning generated dataCapture and organize results from custom machine-learning models and support the containerization of models using DockerRequired Qualifications5-7 years of experience in data engineering or a related technical fieldStrong hands-on programming experience with Python and proficiency in SQLExperience designing relational databases and developing ETL/data pipelinesHands-on experience with Docker or similar containerization technologiesFamiliarity with AWS EC2 or comparable cloud computing environments
