Supporting security operations and incident response initiatives, the part-time Student Worker in Information Security will assist with threat intelligence, contribute to the development of incident response protocols, and analyze security events while working remotely.Key responsibilitiesSupport initiatives related to security operations, incident response, and threat intelligenceContribute to the development and refinement of incident response playbooks and standard operating proceduresAnalyze security events and document findings to help reconstruct attack timelinesRequired qualificationsCurrently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a relevant degree program, preferably having completed sophomore yearKnowledge in security operations, incident response, threat hunting, or threat intelligenceFamiliarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or PythonExperience with Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Power AutomateMinimum 3.0 GPA preferred, with consideration for a combination of experience and education
