Through innovative engineering and rapid prototyping excellence, Spirit Defense provides the capabilities, technologies and support customers need to succeed in their missions.ResponsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities:Work within a team and independently to build composite structure details and assemblies using carbon and other composite materialsWork to instructions from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures, to assure the timely delivery of quality products to the customerPerform multi-tasking and multi-machine operation where applicableWork on platforms up to ten feet above the groundWork in confined spacesWork over headWork within a team environmentProficient use of technology i.e. computer, phones, laser projection, digital vacuum gaugesUse hand pressure and small tools to form and contour lay-upAbility to use tools such as scissors, knives, pushing tools, markers, and other small toolsMaintain a clean working environment and clean as you goQualificationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks.
