Altitude Trampoline Park is committed to equal employment opportunity and to attracting and retaining the most qualified employees regardless of race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability.Court Monitor Job DescriptionThe court monitor staff reports directly to the team leader, manager, and to the director of Altitude Trampoline Park.Court monitors are expected to:Make sure the park is active and safe:Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional mannerMaintain the safety of patrons in and around the jumping surfaces and foam pitsRemain alert and use all senses while court monitoringComplete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day, and report problems to the supervisorWork as a team with other court monitors during special eventsMake sure the attractions are fun:Smile and talk to the customersPlay and engage with the kidsBe courteous with the customers, explain "the why" behind the rules when enforcing themBe the park inspector:Communicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to the team leader, manager, and to a director of Altitude Trampoline ParkRecord equipment inspectionsPerform routine maintenance on the park attractionsBe the park's first responder:Respond to an emergency by blowing your whistle loudly three times to get management attention and other helpHandle all incidents in a manner appropriate to your training. First aid is to be administered by the facility supervisor unless it is life threatening. Never give anyone medication. Recommend that all injured patrons seek professional medical attention. Complete all injury reports in black and blue ink.Do not contact 911-manager on duty will make this callDo not discuss any injuries or medical treatment with anyone on or off duty. This is a HIPAA violation and immediately makes you liable.Clear the immediate trampoline area in the event of an emergency. Do not move any injured person.Be responsible:Attend all scheduled staff meetingsParticipate in and help facilitate staff trainingIf unable to work, find a substitute and complete the substitution form
