As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a critical role in making sure service requests are handled swiftly, efficiently, and with care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people solve problems, this could be the perfect fit.What You'll Do Be the friendly voice of Uprite, handling inbound service requests via phone, email, and our client portalTriage and dispatch service tickets using ConnectWise, ensuring prompt and accurate schedulingCoordinate with technical teams to keep service levels on track and clients in the loopMaintain detailed, accurate records of all client communications and support actionsSupport procurement processes, assist with inventory, and complete light administrative tasksCollaborate with internal teams to drive performance and meet SLA goalsWhat You Bring 2+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience (IT services preferred)Outstanding communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a high-call-volume environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughComfort with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (ConnectWise is a plus)Self-starter mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitudeValid driver's license and the ability to work onsite full-timeWhy Uprite?
