Summary

DutiesServe as the senior operations staff officer responsible for planning, coordinating, and integrating corrections operations, plans, and training programs across the Army Corrections System (ACS).Develop operational plans, analyses, estimates, technical data, and recommendations used by senior leadership to establish priorities, allocate corrections resources, and support command decision-making.Plan and schedule operational activities; determine operational methodologies, work procedures, and priorities to accomplish command objectives; and adjust operational priorities and resources.Monitor operational performance and identify issues affecting confinement operations, providing recommendations to improve efficiency, security, and mission effectiveness.Plan and schedule work; assign and review work; evaluate employee performance; provide technical and administrative guidance; and resolve employee issues and complaints.
