Come be part of a mission, not just a job, where you can: Shape your own future, build the next big thing, and change the world.To be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.Export Control/ITAR: Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export control laws, requiring U.S. person status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).Please review the job details below.Vantor is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our team as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO).Job Responsibilities Administer all aspects of security for assigned classified programs in accordance with the NISPOM, ICDs, customer directives, and corporate security policies.Oversee the protection, accountability, transmission, reproduction, and destruction of classified information and accountable material.Establish and maintain secure facilities and workspaces, including supporting SCIF operations, visitor control, secure storage, and physical security requirements.Develop, deliver, and maintain security education, awareness, and program-specific security briefings for cleared personnel.Partner with government customers, Facility Security Officers (FSOs), Program Managers, Information System Security personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual and customer security requirements.Conduct self-inspections, inventories, audits, and security assessments, implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance and continuously improve the security processes.Support personnel security activities by coordinating access requests, security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, and required documentation in partnership with the Personnel Security Manager.Prepare and maintain security documentation, including DD Form 254s, security plans, visit certifications, access rosters, and other required records.Support classified meetings, customer visits, inspections, and security incidents, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.Serve as a trusted security advisor to program teams, balancing mission execution with security compliance by providing proactive guidance, risk-based recommendations, and practical solutions.Minimum Qualifications US Citizenship with active Top Secret security clearance and current SCI eligibility; ability to obtain Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph and maintain access required.Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of industrial, government, or program security experience supporting classified programs, or a master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.Demonstrated knowledge of national security policies, to include (but not limited to): ICDs, NISPOM, Executive Orders, customer specific directives and instructions, Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), etc.Experience administering SCI programs, personnel security, classified material control, and visitor management.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.Preferred Qualifications Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary security environment spanning personnel, physical, information, and industrial security.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Previous experience serving as a CPSO, CSSO, FSO or equivalent security role supporting NRO, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing customer requirements, and execute with a high degree of ownership and accountability.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience preparing security documentation, reports, and compliance records.Pay Transparency Pay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings.
