Summary
Senior Systems Engineer-Combat SystemsA Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline, or four (4) years of a demonstrated and established knowledge base and subject matter expertise relevant to specific technical disciplines of the SOW. In addition, ten (10) years of experience in conducting detailed, complex engineering activities associated with engineering systems, capabilities, and activities. The Senior Systems Engineer - CS experience includes:Demonstrated experience with functional and system level requirements analysis, requirements generation and technical community review.Demonstrated experience with system engineering design, performance, analysis, operational experience for military applications.Demonstrated experience in the development of system engineering including the definition, functional allocation, design development, testing, integration, and operational performance.Demonstrated experience with development of total system solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.Combat System Integration Engineering, AEGIS Modernization and In-Service Combat System Systems Engineering, DDG-1000 Mission System Engineering, Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Systems Engineering, Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) and Frigate Combat System Systems Engineering, Operations/Force Analysis, AEGIS Combat Direction System Support, Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense Systems Engineering, Land-Based Test & Training Site (LBTTS) planning and activation, System Analysis, Enterprise Systems Engineering Support, Modeling and Simulation, combat system virtualization.Provides systems engineering expertise to the Government's development of next-generation combat systems. Expertise shall include participation in systems engineering, requirements engineering, architecture engineering and initial design for advanced integration concepts.
