Constellation is seeking an experienced Strategic Targeting Analyst to provide strategic and operational intelligence analysis in support of national security, law enforcement, and corporate security missions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination, with expertise in threat assessment, geopolitical trends, and emerging risks. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership experience, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable intelligence to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and deliver high-quality intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings for senior leadership.
- Utilizing advanced analytical methodologies, data modeling, and intelligence tools to enhance analytical accuracy.
- Maintaining situational awareness of geopolitical events, cyber threats, terrorism, and criminal activities.
- Conducting all-source intelligence analysis to assess threats, risks, and opportunities impacting national security or organizational objectives.
- Analyzing open source, classified, and proprietary data to identify trends, patterns, and emerging threats.
- Conducting intelligence fusion, integrating multiple intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT).
- Preparing and present intelligence briefings to leadership, policymakers, and operational teams.
- Advising decision-makers on intelligence findings, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Coordinate with external partners, including federal, state and local agencies to enhance intelligence-sharing efforts.
- Leading and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analytical tradecraft and methodologies.
- Supporting operational planning by providing intelligence-driven recommendations. Collaborate with intelligence agencies and law enforcement to share intelligence and coordinate efforts.
- Monitoring and evaluate adversary capabilities, intent, and tactics to support proactive decision-making.
- Degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field.
- Experience with social media data exploitation/analysis is preferred.
- Certification in intelligence analysis (e.g., IALEIA, IACA, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree and 3 -10 years of experience
- DOD or DHS TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and retain a CBP Background Investigation
- Background in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or national security with expertise in intelligence analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing and delivering intelligence products.
