We are seeking a business SME in distribution to lead a strategic advisory engagement with client. This role involves designing and driving the transformation of the client's distribution application landscape to achieve operational efficiency, scalability, and enhanced partner experience. The SME will focus on key distribution processes & applications such as distributor/agency management, agency licensing, commissions, and compensation planning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance distribution ecosystems and demonstrate strong leadership, advisory, and transformation expertise to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Expected responsibilities:

1. Lead the process workstream and manage team of process analyst who would be responsible for designing of distribution processes & executing ESOAR assessment
2. Be the distribution SME in the engagement and help provide necessary subject matter support to other team members
3. Facilitate workshops and discussions with operations teams to gather requirements, drive consensus, and secure buy-in for proposed roadmap.
4. Collaborate with technology teams to help identify scalable and future-ready distribution solutions for client
5. Help create RFI and define requirements for the next phase in which a new DMS platform would need to be procured

Location – anywhere in US (CST time zone preferred)
