Job Title: Level III Armed Security Officer - ATM Technician Escort (1099 Contractor)

Location: Midland/Odessa, TX (Hybrid field-based)

Pay: $22.50/hour | Paid weekly via direct deposit

Job Type: Contract - 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Summary:Zona Facta Collective is seeking licensed Level III Armed Security Officers to provide protective escort services for ATM technicians throughout the Midland/Odessa area. Officers must be able to maintain situational awareness, provide professional client interaction, and ensure technician safety on site.

Responsibilities:

• Escort ATM technicians to and from service locations
• Remain alert and secure the area during maintenance work
• Follow check-in/out procedures and communicate via assigned channels
• Ensure compliance with client security protocols and company guidelines
• Maintain equipment and readiness throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Current Texas Level III Security License (required)
• Must pass a background check
• Own reliable transportation
• Must provide personal gear:
  • Firearm (pistol) with two extra magazines
  • Duty belt with Level 3 holster
  • Black body armor
• Uniform:
  • Zona Facta shirt (provided)
  • Black tactical pants
• Prohibited: Tasers and body cams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Military or law enforcement background (preferred)
• Available to work 4 weekend shifts in a 28-day cycle

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available 7 days a week
• Weekend availability required (minimum 4 weekend shifts/month)
