Major Duties

Under general supervision, the Systems Administrator administers and maintains the library's endpoint environment and systems infrastructure using campus-supported endpoint management platforms and related technologies to ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of library computing resources through proactive monitoring, systems optimization, and continuous improvement of the library’s computing environment. The incumbent develops, implements, and maintains endpoint management solutions, system configurations, security baselines, and automation while providing technical support for library systems and services.
