Summary

Job TitleLead complex, high-dollar sourcing and contract development activities with minimal supervisionDraft, negotiate, and modify complex contracts including pricing, performance metrics, service levels, warranties, terms and conditions, and risk mitigation languagePartner with Legal, Risk, Safety, and business stakeholders to protect company interests and finalize commercial agreementsSupport category managers with sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial decision-making for large or complex spend categoriesApply pricing models, TCO analysis, cost containment strategies, and market indices to drive value and reduce riskServe as a subject matter expert and consultant to procurement teams and business units on contract development and sourcing best practicesCollaborate with Service Center, Center of Excellence (COE), and business partners to improve procurement processes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiencyProvide guidance and leadership to Procurement Professionals and Procurement Analysts as needed
