StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River MD. The Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst, Senior will be responsible for but no limited to the following requirements.
Essential Job Duties:
- Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
- Assists with program digital reporting tools such as Defense Acquisition Visibility Environment (DAVE), Qlik Sense Enterprise, RDA Information System (RDAIS), and the Procurement Management Tool (PMT).
- Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as:
- Acquisition Plans (AP)
- Acquisition Strategies (AS)
- Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs)
- Procurement Initiation Document (PID)
- Statement of Work (SOW)
- Funding Documents
- Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
- Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

- Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 5 of those years successfully managing technology development with Electronic Warfare (EW) programs.
- At least five (5) years of experience in the NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management.
- 5 years successfully managing technology development Electronic Warfare (EW) programs.
- MA/MS degree
- Allowable Substitution for MA/MS Degree:
- Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. OR:
- Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. OR:
- Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
- Familiar with acquisition and procurement process
- Drafting acquisition documentation for contract actions
- Experience working with higher classification programs
- U.S. Citizenship required.
