Advise the Command Group on communication strategy, public issues, media engagement, and crisis communication, and serves as the installation's official spokesperson. Develop and executes communication plans to inform employees, media, community leaders, and government officials on Corpus Christi missions, policies, programs, and emergency actions. Lead media relations and outreach by preparing speeches, news releases, articles, and other materials, while building effective relationships with media, civic leaders, and stakeholders. Oversee visual information services, including photography, graphics, video, television production, the depot newspaper, and other internal and external communication platforms. Supervise office personnel by assigning work, evaluating performance, developing staff, and ensuring compliance with EEO, safety, security, training, and workforce management requirements.
