Summary

Assistant Deputy DutiesYou will serve as Assistant Deputy and fully share with the military manager in the direction of all phases of the organization's programs and work.You will validate and assess ship modernization- and ship operations and maintenance requirements.You will maintain in-depth knowledge of current DOD goals and objectives, Navy warfighting doctrine, battle force integration, ships, ship systems integration, the state of technology and advancements, etc.You will recommend policy and approving POM strategies designed to refine and enhance combat readiness.You will serve as the N96 lead for resourcing ship operations, maintenance, and modernization programs.
