Our team is solving the world's toughest security challenges for customers with "can't fail" missions.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the division staff as well as Hypersonics and TPS program teams. As an integral member of the team, the selected candidate will work closely with all levels and types of staff found in a corporate environment - including program management, engineering and technical staff, executives, and customers. Therefore, a professional demeanor and good communications skills are required. Ethical behavior and the ability to be trusted with confidential data and other corporate matters is critical.Primary Responsibilities. Using Bullet Format-Calendar Management: Organizing and overseeing schedules, appointments, and meetings for individuals or teams to optimize time and prioritize tasks effectively.Document Management: Organizing, storing, and retrieving documents and records in a systematic and efficient manner to support business operations and compliance requirements.Email Management: Handling email communications, including sorting, prioritizing, responding to, and archiving messages, to ensure timely and effective correspondence.Meeting Planning: Managing all aspects of meetings, from scheduling and agenda development to logistics and follow-up, to ensure successful and productive outcomes.Updating and maintaining program SharePoint sitesAction item tracking and follow-upGreeting and escorting visitorsScheduling and tracking training completionTravel planning and processing of expense reportsAssistance with new-employee set-upWorking with other administrative staff supporting corporate events.Basic Qualifications.High school diploma or equivalent and 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications.Experience supporting a multi-year development/production program valuing more than $100M.Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointProven history of working in a team environment, fostering communication, listening to teammate concerns and reconciling internal issues or differences effectively and respectfullyStrong interpersonal skills with measured and articulate communication skillsAnalytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written abilityIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
