To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:Administering and monitoring assigned grants, cooperative agreements, contracts, and program activities, ensuring compliance with program requirements, applicable regulations, policies, and organizational objectives.Conducting program reviews, desk audits, site visits, and performance assessments to evaluate program effectiveness, identify compliance issues, document findings, and support corrective action efforts.Providing technical assistance, training, and guidance to program recipients, contactors, staff, and stakeholders on program requirements, operational procedures, and best practices.Preparing reports, briefing materials, and correspondence to support program operations and management decision-making.Documenting experience: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
