Position

The Women’s Tennis program at California State University, Fullerton is a highly competitive program which competes in the NCAA Division I Big West Conference. The Head Women’s Tennis Coach reports directly to the Athletic Director and they manage all aspects of the Tennis program in addition to the following duties:

The College and Department

This position is housed in the Athletics Department under the Division of Student Affairs. The classification for this position is Coaching Specialist and is in the faculty bargaining unit. This is a 12-month, full time position. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Compensation

The Coaching Specialist classification salary range is $6,227-$11,088 monthly (12 monthly payments). The anticipated hiring range is $7,709-$7,860 per month.

Salary offered is commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, the California Equal Pay Act prohibits employers from paying its employees less than those of the opposite sex and/or another race or ethnicity for substantially similar work ( https://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/california_equal_pay_act.htm).
