Overview

Join the Administrative, Communications, and Excellence (ACE) Division at Larimer County Human Services, where we work in partnership with our community to ensure individuals and families are healthy, supported, and safe. We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Policy Analyst to assess and shape policies that impact our programs and services.

This position analyzes federal, state, and local policies affecting Human Services. The Policy Analyst will track legislative bills and rule changes, develop in-depth analyses, and assist with implementing approved policies. Collaboration with leadership and subject matter experts across all Human Services divisions is essential to understanding the impact of policies on operations, budgets, and outcomes. This role also involves proactively recommending policy refinements to improve service delivery.

This Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM hybrid position requires at least one in-office day per week.

Supplemental Information

This hybrid position requires at least one in-office day per week and reliable internet for remote work. Larimer County provides an annual stipend for remote work expenses. The position will be based at one of the following locations:
