Description

The MO HealthNet Division has an opening for a Program Specialist (System Modifications Analyst) within the Information Services Business Systems Unit located in Cole County.

Semi-monthly salary : $2,565.65

Job Location: This position is located at the Howerton State Office Building; 615 Howerton Court, Jefferson City, MO.

This is a responsible and independent position that will be responsible for coordinating system changes needed for ongoing maintenance and operations of the Medicaid Management Information Services (MMIS) system related functions between vendor and policy staff.



o Facilitate change requests through the Requirement, Design, Testing and Implementation Phases of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

o Facilitate change request related meetings, record meeting minutes, manage action items through completion, report statuses, key risks and issues to leadership, and facilitate decision making and resolution of issues.

o Create change request deliverables for review and approval.

o Review and comment on vendor created deliverables.

o Coordinate stakeholder review of vendor created deliverables to obtain approval.



Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
