The Office of Administration - Risk Management Program is seeking intern within our State Employee’s Workers Compensation program. This would be a supporting role within the program by helping our team with day-to-day tasks noted in the key responsibilities section. This internship will p rovide an opportunity to become familiar with risk management and the ability to n etwork with professionals in state government and risk management.

• Scanning of case files,
• Organization of incoming fax/mail documents,
• Opening and date stamping of incoming mail,
• Assisting with file archiving,
• Scheduling of medical appointments for injured workers,
• Filing of claim documents, and
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED/HiSET
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service skills
• Organizational, problem-solving, and detail oriented skills .
