Description: Job Description Summary: The County Attorney's Office is seeking a n
administrative coordinator , able to provide reliable, dependable, a dministrative support to the County Attorney’s Office . The ideal candidat e should be self-motivated and detail oriented. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion . This va luable t eam member will be a key contributor to the success of the County Atto rne y’s Office.
Schedule: This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position that has the option to operate on a 4-day work. The position allows for a hybrid work schedule with work both in-office and remote work each week.
Compensation: Anticipated Hire Range: $2 9 .00 - $3 3 .00 USD Hourly Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills , as well as Equal Work for Equal Pay considerations .

Essential Duties: The County Attorney’s Office Assistant’s work includes, but is not limited to:
- Preparing materials, scanning documents, and electronic production or modification of legal documents
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail
- Assists the Office Manager with invoicing, processing expenses, and timekeeping
- F il ing , retriev al , and prepar ation of documents and reports using legal matter management software
- Establish ing and maintain ing effective and cooperative working relationships with all levels, including internal clients, the court, the public, and other agencies
- Resolving issues with facilities, such as needed maintenance or emergency repairs
- Maintaining office supplies, regularly checking inventory levels, setting reorder points for each item and organizing supplies efficiently, to ensure the office always has the necessary supplies on hand
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications : - High School Diploma or GED and
- 3 years of work-related experience in an office setting
- Or any combination of education and experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Experience in a legal office.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time management , problem solving and prioritization skills.
Additional Information: - Offer of employment contingent upon successful completion of criminal history, motor vehicle report, education verification, and/or references.
