The Senior Organizational Development and Training Analyst will lead a variety of training programs for the City. This position performs advanced and responsible professional and technical duties and responsibilities involved in the assessment, design, development, implementation, administration, evaluation, and management of comprehensive citywide employee development and training programs and activities of the Organizational Development and Training Division for the Human Resources Department.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications may be met via an equivalent combination of experience and education sufficient to perform the essential job functions. Experience and education must provide the listed knowledge, skills, and abilities.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Experience: Four (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience in training, facilitation, and organizational development, including one (1) year of lead supervisory experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Special Requirements: Possession and retention of an appropriate valid driver’s license or ability to use alternative forms of transportation that would reasonably meet the needs of the position is a condition of continued employment.

Received: Receives direction from the Organizational Development and Training Manager and/or other management staff. Exercised: Exercises supervision over professional, technical, and/or clerical staff.

Oral Interview Examination (Tentatively scheduled for the week of April 14, 2025) : (Weight of 100%) will evaluate the candidates' experience and training, communication, education, and abilities in relation to those factors which are essential for successful performance on the job.
