We're seeking individuals with schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays. Expect a mix of morning and evening shifts as we prepare for various events including setting horse panels, operating equipment, cleaning stalls, setting tables, chairs, drape staging, and more. ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll be doing:
- Set up, move, and clean event-related items, including tables, chairs, drapes, horse and livestock panels, and stall equipment.
- Ensure event setups and teardowns are completed accurately and efficiently with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively to maintain a clean and visually appealing event space.
- Ability to work across all event sites on The Ranch campus, including the horse barn, livestock arena, Expo area, outdoor spaces, and maintenance shop.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and interpret data sheets and layouts accurately to minimize the need for setup adjustments.

What we're looking for:
- Flexible availability, as staffing needs are determined by scheduled events.
- Willingness to learn and operate various equipment, including forklifts, auto-scrubbers, auto-sweepers, and skid steers.
- Basic proficiency with email, phone applications, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
- Strong ability to understand and follow detailed instructions for event setups and general maintenance tasks.
- Previous experience in barn or expo settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to work any day of the week as needed.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Casual dress for most shifts, with specific attire required on event days. Must always maintain professional grooming standards to present a polished appearance to clients and the public.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.
- Possession of Class B CDL with air brake and tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment required.
