Description
Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood Dr., Jefferson City, MO 65109.Why you’ll love this position:

This position is integral to various cash management activities within the department, including accounts receivables, daily deposits, and reconciling receipts for various funds and programs.
- Prepare daily receipts for online payments
- Gather, interpret, and compile data to complete monthly online receipts reconciliation
- Set-up online payment options for the department
- Work with daily deposits and the department's accounts receivables
- Monitor email inboxes to assist with changes to cash receipts
- Prepare or approve various documents in the state's financial system
- Work hand in hand with team members to ensure data integrity
- Serve as back-up to other team members to ensure forward movement of the division
- Identify issues, evaluate options and recommend solutions
- Utilize Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, Internet, and the state's financial system to complete duties
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Highly organized, proactive and possess strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exercise independence, judgment, and initiative in the performance of their duties.
