Overview

The Larimer County Department of Health and Environment (LCDHE) is hiring a full-time Environmental Health Specialist to join our team!

This position will conduct health inspections and investigations of public and private establishments - primarily food service, schools, and child care facilities - to ensure compliance with local and state health and safety regulations. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys interacting with people.

Supplemental Information

Schedule
The typical schedule for this position is 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional work on nights and weekends. Work may be needed at any of the Department's three offices in Fort Collins, Loveland, or Estes Park.

Please Note
The Department of Health and Environment has a vaccine requirement. Successful candidates will be required to comply with the vaccine requirements or request a waiver.
