Description
The JobArrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is accepting applications for the position of
Fiscal Operations Supervisor. The Fiscal Operations Supervisor will supervise units responsible for fiscal activities, patient accounts, payment posting, obtaining ambulatory referral authorizations for claims payment, scheduling medical appointments, and overall customer service. This position will work through subordinate supervisors to ensure the most efficient, effective fiscal, and/or clerical systems and functions for the department.

ARROWHEAD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles), Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Additionally, ARMC operates five community-based, primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care outpatient services. ARMC is the primary teaching hospital for the adjacently located California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM), the Inland Empire's newest medical school.

Minimum RequirementsExperience: Three (3) years of experience working in a healthcare organization's revenue cycle, which includes duties pertaining to customer service, medical billing, payment posting, collections, fiscal calculations, referral authorization, and/or medical appointment scheduling.
Desired QualificationsThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a comprehensive understanding of the revenue cycle; experience in an acute care hospital setting is highly preferred. They should possess a solid understanding of billing, collections, and reimbursement processes, along with the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong leadership or supervisory experience is desirable, with the ability to motivate and guide teams, improve processes, and collaborate effectively across departments to support financial performance and operational efficiency.
