SUMMARY: Under general supervision, performs various planning and land use work activities for the Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture or Public Administration required; AND three years’ experience in municipal planning (A Master’s Degree will be considered the equivalent of two years of experience); OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION:


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with some exposure to an outdoor work environment. May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
