CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Pre-Employment: Prior to appointment, candidate must undergo a background check, which includes fingerprinting and a medical exam.

Travel: Travel throughout the County may be required. Employees will be required to make provisions for such transportation.

Sponsorship: San Bernardino County is unable to consider candidates who require Visa sponsorship at this time or in the future. Candidates must be able to present their legal right to work in the United States.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet ALL requirements in order to qualify.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT Sixty (60) semester or ninety (90) quarter units of completed college coursework from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, information systems, computer science, or a closely related field.

A list of transcripts must be submitted with the application unless a Bachelor's degree in a qualifying area is conferred. Education Substitution: One (1) year of qualifying experience may substitute for thirty (30) semester or forty-five (45) quarter units of the required education.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Four (4) years of full-time equivalent experience providing IT business relationship management, business systems analysis, or IT project leadership.

SUPERVISORY/LEAD REQUIREMENT One (1) year of full-time equivalent experience as a Project lead, or Business Relationship Manager, or in a supervisory capacity over staff engaged in business analysis, enterprise system support, or oversight and management of projects, and the delivery of technology services.

Note: Experience may be concurrent with the experience listed above.
