Job Summary Starting Salary: $17.22 - $21.96
Performs specialized clerical and manual work in the operation of a municipal warehouse, storeroom, or storage area. Work involves responsibility for the requisitioning, receipt, storage, inventory, and issuance of materials, supplies, tools, and related inventory items. Work also may involve the limited operation of certain automotive-type equipment utilized to unload, relocate and load inventory and construction supplies such as heavy pipe. Work is performed under general supervision. Work is reviewed by superiors through checks of inventory records, filing of orders, inspection, and conversations.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate
and one (1) year of experience in warehousing, inventory control, materials handling, purchasing, or related area; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required. Some positions must pass police background check which includes polygraph.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
Salary:
USD 17.22 - 21.96 per hour
