Position DescriptionPerforms coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department, as well as the monitoring of operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.
Major/Essential Functions- Schedules all reservation requests for simulation activities for one or more TTUHSC Simulation Program locations and inputs data into scheduling and reservation system requiring accurate and consistent data entry for utilization metrics that influence appropriate billing of TTUHSC Schools and program evaluation essential to Society for Simulation in Healthcare Accreditation guidelines.
- Collaborates with and provides administrative assistance for Associate Managing Directors of Regional Simulation Center Education regarding simulation reservation processes confirmations, modifications, and conflicts to ensure smooth operation of activities each day.
- Registers and accepts/processes payments TTUHSC employees and external customers for American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center courses ensuring accuracy and compliance with AHA fee structure and TTUHSC payment policies.
- Inputs payment information into QuickBooks, maintaining detailed and accurate financial records in collaboration with the TTUHSC AHA Training Center team and Finance Division.
- Develops invoices based on contractual agreement fee structure and/or TTUHSC Simulation Program external fee structure and collaborates with Financial Division.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
