As our Mechanical Maintenance Team Coach, you'll maintain critical infrastructure that keeps our communities healthy and our waterways clean.

Your Role in Environmental Stewardship

Lead a skilled team maintaining wastewater treatment facilities that process 24 million gallons daily, preventing pollution and protecting the Bay ecosystem. You'll oversee preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment upgrades across our 60-square-mile service area with 830+ miles of underground pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off)

On-call: Up to two weeks per month for emergency response.
