Airport Building Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Repairer)
Description
Full-time position available with the Aviation Department, Facilities Structural Division, located at 947 Mexico City Ave.
Salary Range: $20.10-$30.64/hour
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, placed on shift based on operational need. *Mandatory overtime will be required

Responsibilities
- Monitors, inspects, and maintains building management systems related equipment (HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, filters, air handlers, fire and noxious gas sensors)
- Responds to work orders pertaining to monitored management systems.
- Maintains and operates snow removal equipment, forklifts, man lifts and loaders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRES completion of a trade school or a shop training program; OR 6 months experience in general maintenance and repair work. May be required to obtain a valid MO Class A,B, or C CDL prior to the end of the probationary period as determined by the department. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and post-offer physical examination as prescribed by the City. Must posses a valid State-issued driver's license in accordance with the City of KCMO policies.
Salary:
$20.10-$30.64/hour
