SALARY (based upon credentials): $55,000 - $65,000

This individual will be eager to deliver on accessible and actionable data through data management, governance, analysis, and visualization.

Your role will include:

Support development of actionable data collection, analyses and visualizations.

• Support efforts to conduct internal and external surveys and analyze results to gain actionable insights.

• Perform customized analysis and visualization of operational and experience data.

• Create effective visualizations utilizing tools, such as Tableau, Qualtrics, Salesforce, Asana, and Smartsheet.

Facilitate the growth of the department’s data literacy, analysis, and visualization skills, and support effective data management.

• Deliver subject matter expertise, technical assistance, and effective communication of data skills and concepts, including Excel and Tableau to internal customers.

• Promote data literacy and skills by monitoring and ensuring access to data training, resources, and tools, and ensuring best practices are utilized.

• Support the statewide Operational Excellence community and ShareMO.

• Encourage and support data management and governance improvements, to include maintaining awareness of AI tools and capabilities.

Support and coordinate Strategic Initiatives across the department.

• Support process improvement projects across the department.

• Assist with the coordination of Strategic Initiatives and provide support to the project owners with learning tools and techniques of effective project management and process improvement.

• Facilitate organizational change through change management techniques.

Qualifications:

• Six or more years of relevant experience. This can be obtained through a combination of work experience and completion of a bachelor’s degree in a relatable field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification or higher.

Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Operationalize Data

o Strong in intermediate data analysis and visualization, utilizing tools such as Excel and Tableau.

o Competent in data literacy concepts.

o Experience working with complex and unstructured primary data sources preferred.

• Competencies
