MSC Range 5 ; Full-time/Exempt; 40 hours per week; 12 months per year

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

The Program Administrator, Grants supports Guided Pathways by being part of the student success team for the Industrial Technology and Agriculture Programs, providing a variety of support resources for prospective, new, continuing, and completing students, as well as industry partners. Activities will include visits to high schools, adult education programs, and other community agencies, along with speaking engagements, career fairs, and outreach to school districts; and hosting and managing events such as tours, open houses, camps, exploratory opportunities, panels, and Q&A sessions to engage participants. Marketing efforts will be tailored to target populations through print, social media, radio, and promotional materials. Additionally, the program focuses on building a supportive community through the creation of a club and resource hub to foster connections among students, educators, and industry professionals.

The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Over the summer, the schedule changes to Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Friday off.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: The successful applicant will be required to complete a medical history questionnaire and must agree to undergo and pass a pre-employment physical examination, based on the physical requirements of the position, prior to employment.
