Position DescriptionSupports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.
Major/Essential FunctionsStudents/Preceptors initial point of contact and support in the Experiential Program Office. This will include dealing with any unexpected student issues/concerns and follow up for pre-rotation requirements, evaluations, hours, and grades.
Coordination of IPPE student activities: setting up 16-hour rotation in P1 Year, Organizing Health Advisors, Career Exploration.
Assist with site visits and scheduling/adjustment of rotations.
Required QualificationsHigh school plus six years of experience in a related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
