Salary: $80,000 (Salary reflected does not include time of service pay, if applicable.)

• Provide direction and follow-up for a team of technicians supporting an enterprise system based on SalesForce in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.

• Provide consistent, high-level performance and availability of division technology resources.

• Responsible for training/coordinating staff on IT systems, processes, procedures and rules.

• Continually collaborate and coordinate with team members and project stakeholders.

• Manage incoming requests from multiple boards and division services, triage issues as they arise, and schedule resources to address.

• Provide reports to reporting authority meetings with a focus on issue review, resolution approval, and priority setting.

• Chair meetings, organize polls for proposal disposition and priority, and communicate results keeping board staff informed of system modification schedule.

• Communicate issues with management with suggested responses, keep abreast of issue resolution efforts.

• Communicate system issues and outages to administrative and boards staff, provide work-arounds, if available, and keep all staff informed of issue status. Work with staff and other partners to determine tasks and timelines for issue resolution.

• Other related tasks as required.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business/public administration, or related field (substitutions may apply).

• (Experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.)

• Two (2) or more years prior supervisory experience in Information Technology.

• Two (2) or more years experience with Salesforce.

• Salesforce Administration certificate.

• Ability to perform all duties of a program administrator with minimal supervision.

Lack of post - secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Architect certification.

• Project Management Professional (PMP/PRINCE II) certification.
