THE OPPORTUNITY
Lead with Purpose. Drive Impact. This senior executive physician leadership role at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) serves as a key clinical strategist and champion of value-based care. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Chief Population Health Officer and Associate Chief Medical Officer plays a central role in developing and implementing programs that align with ARMC’s strategic goals and countywide health priorities. As a licensed, practicing physician with ARMC medical staff privileges, the leader will work closely with medical staff and hospital leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational work plans aimed at improving clinical outcomes and reducing health disparities across the system. Located on a 70-acre campus in Colton, California, ARMC is a leading healthcare institution serving the Inland Empire. We are home to nationally recognized programs, including: the Edward G. Hirschman Regional Burn Center, the Dev A. GnanaDev Level I Trauma Center, a comprehensive stroke center, a behavioral health center, and five family health centers.
