Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109.Why you’ll love this position:
This is a professional position supporting a dedicated team who has the responsibility for statewide regulatory programs housed within the Bureau of Ambulatory Care (Ambulatory Surgical Centers, End Stage Renal Disease Centers, Abortion Facilities, and Birthing Centers.) This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills. The applicant should be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Maintain the registration / licensure of entities and/or personnel regulated by the Bureau.
- Assist in work assignments and planning of BAC staff surveys
- Track and enter data for facility inspections, federal surveys, and complaint investigations.
- Report to Bureau Administrator if processes are completed or not completed within required timeframes to assist in monitoring and meeting CMS required performance measures.
- Create, review and disseminate data reports for the Bureau: weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Maintain facility records and archive files as needed in accordance with the retention schedule.
- Triage phone calls and emails and refer to management as needed, and provide consultation to regulated entities and facilities regarding the application of state and federal regulations.
- Assist management with responding and coordinating sunshine request with OGC and BAC
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years experience (Substitutions may be allowed)
